Hi Lily, This is good to know, and I will make a note in the recipe. A 12 or 14 cup food processor is best, but if you don’t have one it’s fine to make the filling in a kitchen aid mixer or large bowl with an electric beater. You could also make the filling up to the eggs in a food processor, and then whisk in the eggs by hand in a large bowl. I just like to use a food processor because it’s fast and doesn’t incorporate too much air into the filling. Please come back and let me know how you liked it!
I’ve got to say I don’t know how I’d spend $13 on breakfast, unless I was in a restaurant of course. And if I did, I’d not need to eat again until the evening!I have three breakfast staples:- Bananas and peanut butter (no sugar version) on low GI toast- Porridge- Fruit smoothie with yogurtThe most expensive is probably the smoothie, but you can usually get a different base smoothie drink in a special offer from one brand or another each week.So my breakfasts vary from $0.25 to $1 I guess. Street design has historically been all about cars and not efficient travel. Whether it is good or bad will be determined by the quality of research, behavior and law enforcement. Runners are always seen on the wrong side of the road and few complain about the inherent risks. Cyclists and auto drivers can coexist with this wrong way running so now why not cyclists too? The greater the variables, the more cautious drivers tend to be. Let's hope that sufficient space is provided to the cyclists and joggers for a change.Jack

BOO With two people and bags good luck driving in high country over hills or a mountain pass..I want to see a frontal crash test with the top down.
