The backlight controls that amazingly worked on my system in 12.6 WHQL UnifL release seem to be rebroken on my system after updating to UP2. I utilized the same Intel driver (8.15.10.2761) and “media additions” during the upgrade install from 12.6 WHQL to 12.6 UP2.Also possibly of note, I had used the OverDrive Enabler in 12.6 WHQL.Laptop is an HP Envy 3040nr with Sandy Bridge i7 (HD 3000) and Radeon 7690mLet me know if you want or need any more information.
