So the time has come.. we closed both of the MineCraft Realms =( It’s bittersweet.. We were basically playing solo or just my daughter and myself, so the overhead of Realms didn’t seem worth the monthly costs. We decided it’s time, and now they are “ded”.. RIP.. We had over a year of random worlds, but the majority spent in the “STP” world (which got up to 2882 days in game play time). We aren’t stopping the playing, just don’t need to pay when we can host it local with just the two of us. Maybe we revive in the future if others want to join back in, but for now we move offline..

I have dusted off Old School Runescape some more with my Hardcore Ironman account 0mok. By being able to pay for membership with in game gold I have even done some members content. Going to see what I can do with this account and have fun in my “solo MMORPG” mode lol.
In the Pokémon life things are going strong. Running lots of events and having a great time with our PlayFindlay Leagues. On the 30th anniversary (02/17/2026) I helped run an event at the Forest Library. I was helping out with some learn to play for the younger kids. I had to run two games at the same time, so it was a lot of chaos with everything going on in the background, the questions, and all that.. but the kids had a great time. Basically talking non-stop for 2 hours straight explaining game mechanics and such. At the end I gave out four of my ex battle decks to the last kids playing. They were really excited to be able to take home full decks, and I hope it gets some new kids into playing the game. Then on 02/28/2026 we ran events at both shops for Pokémon day. At Post Board Gaming, we were running double Rumble matches for Prize Packs. I then was spinning a random wheel of names for anyone who was checked in. We gave out all sorts of packs, plushies, and random decor. We had over 40 people come through to hang out! Then at MRC we were just on the one side of the shop (mid transition to the new shop space). We had a lot of people swarm all at once, but I just snuck off to the gaming area and played GLC for the whole event. Was nice to relax for that one and get some games in for once. I would say a great 30th anniversary celebration overall!

I have lots of plans in the works, so 2026 is going to be a big year of change. I hope to grow MasterOmok as a whole, and get some other cool things rolling. Excited to see what this year can bring!
