Vegetarian Dim Sum House! Yup, that’s it. But I found their version to be very plain. I would increase the amount of mushrooms and probably mix in some finely chopped preserved turnip to simulate dried shrimp (I think the non-vegan ones I had when I was a kid had shrimp…). In any case, I bought rice flour specifically for turnip cakes. More to come sometime this month 🙂

(neppure l’hd… andavo a floppy)6 foto del modello 3d dell’esame di progettazione 1 fatte al monitor perché non avevo la stampante (non ricordo ma penso almeno un paio di giorni per farle).Prima ancora composizione 1 sempre di architettura e forse con solo 512k… riuscii a fare solo il wireframe e poi chinai le prospettive a mano.che bei ricordi.
Great Job!! I watched the whole thing. Jen, you are such a natural on camera and I really enjoyed your interaction with the guests. Also the food looks amazing. Going forward it would be great to see the introduction first before the 3-4 minutes of commericals. I was able to fast forward past it. I understand there must be commercials however it would be great if you did intro first to get people interested in watching to whole thing. I am looking forward to the next show!
